Requirements

Fluent in both English and Spanish
Strong communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer and smartphone skills
Professional appearance and strong follow-up habits
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

Assist English- and Spanish-speaking customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
Build relationships with customers through phone calls, text messages, email, social media, and in-person interactions
Follow up with internet leads, showroom traffic, previous customers, and phone inquiries
Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives
Explain vehicle features, financing options, warranties, and available incentives
Translate and communicate information clearly for customers when needed
Maintain accurate customer information and notes in the dealership CRM
Prospect for new business opportunities and referrals within the community
Deliver a transparent, friendly, and professional customer experience
Help generate positive customer reviews and repeat business
