Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and smartphone skills
- Professional appearance and strong follow-up habits
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Nice To Haves
- Previous automotive sales experience
- Background in customer service, retail, hospitality, or call centers
Responsibilities
- Assist English- and Spanish-speaking customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
- Build relationships with customers through phone calls, text messages, email, social media, and in-person interactions
- Follow up with internet leads, showroom traffic, previous customers, and phone inquiries
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives
- Explain vehicle features, financing options, warranties, and available incentives
- Translate and communicate information clearly for customers when needed
- Maintain accurate customer information and notes in the dealership CRM
- Prospect for new business opportunities and referrals within the community
- Deliver a transparent, friendly, and professional customer experience
- Help generate positive customer reviews and repeat business
