Requirements

At least 10 plus years of experience as a service manager.
Good customer relations and phone skills.
Ability to multi-task.
A friendly and positive attitude.
Be proactive and a team player.
Has proven strong sales and closing ability.
Knowledgeable in vehicle repairs and estimating necessary work.
A clear work ethic and desire to succeed.
Reliable, dependable, leader.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers.
Review pricing estimates with customers and explains repairs and times.
Following up with customers, services requested, estimated completion times, etc.
Ensure complete vehicle inspections are completed by technicians timely.
Deliver and review pricing estimates with customers.
Open and close store.
Follow up, follow-through, follow back all online appts and quotes.
Manage technician hours, production, and cleanliness of shop and shop equipment.
Maintain inventory counts.
Keep organized POs, returns, and core credits.
Maintain Showroom to be clean and tidy.
Possible other duties depending on need and pay.
