Requirements

Previous Automotive Sales Manager, Desk Manager, or high-performing Sales Manager experience
Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing people
Proven track record of driving sales volume and profitability
Experience managing dealership KPIs and performance metrics
Strong understanding of CRM processes, lead management, and customer follow-up
High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
Competitive drive with a team-first mentality
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Consultants
Desk deals and structure transactions to maximize profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience
Drive accountability around lead management, appointments, follow-up, and CRM activity
Partner with F&I and dealership leadership to achieve sales and profitability goals
Monitor key performance metrics and create action plans for improvement
Assist with inventory management, appraisals, and merchandising strategies
Foster a positive, high-performance culture built on teamwork and respect
Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent
