Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals
  • Drive sales performance and maximize dealership profitability
  • Assist customers and sales consultants throughout the sales process
  • Monitor inventory, pricing, and merchandising strategies
  • Train and develop team members to achieve and exceed goals
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention
  • Work closely with Finance and Fixed Operations to create a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards
