About The Position
Jeff Wyler Superior Honda is seeking to add an experienced Sales Manager! We are looking for a Sales Coach to help lead our Superior Honda team. The Sales Coach is responsible for maintaining a well-balanced Used and New Car Vehicle inventory and selling each unit at a maximum gross profit. The Sales Coach establishes objectives for the team and accomplishes them through planning, organizing, controlling, and measuring the performance of the sales team. Must present a professional appearance, display outstanding communication and leadership skills and demonstrate a strong desire to win! Most importantly, must have the ability to lead and coach a team while remaining coachable!
Requirements
- Must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Have the desire to Win
- Possess the ability to work both independently and as a team
- Strong negotiation and presentation talents and skills
- Experience working as an Automotive Sales Manager is preferable
- Professional appearance & excellent communication and written skills
- Ability to follow set guidelines and rules inside of team atmosphere
Nice To Haves
- Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) experience is a plus.
