Requirements
- Minimum five years of automotive sales management experience
- Automotive Leadership/Management experience and proven track-record required
- Strong working knowledge of CDK, V-Auto, and VinSolutions (required)
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Favorable Driving, Criminal, and Credit History required
Nice To Haves
- Finance and Business Development/Internet experience a plus
- Demonstrated longevity and stability with prior employers
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve dealership goals, compliant with Dealer and VW expectations
- Drive sales performance while maintaining high customer satisfaction/KPIs
- Ensure consistent execution of sales processes and best practices
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Internet, and Business Development teams
- Utilize dealership systems and reporting tools to manage performance and strategy
