Starling Automotive Group is a growing organization looking for an experienced Sales Manager for Starling Chevrolet in Mount Pleasant, SC. This is an Entry-Level / Growth Opportunity position for a high-performing automotive sales professional ready to take the next step in their career. We are actively seeking an Entry-Level Sales Manager to join our team—someone who knows how to sell, lead by example, and is hungry for growth. This is the perfect opportunity for a 15–20 car-per-month producer who is ready to transition into leadership and build a long-term career in automotive management.

Requirements

Proven track record of consistent sales performance (15–20+ units/month)
Strong closing skills and ability to handle objections
High energy, competitive mindset, and leadership potential
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Desire to grow into a full Sales Manager role
Automotive Sales & Management Experience
Customer and Team Focus
Strong Communications Skills
College Degree or Equivalent Experience
Proven and Verifiable Track Record of Success
Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a Good Driving Record
Background Check and Pre-employment Drug Test

Responsibilities

Support and assist the Sales Management team in daily operations
Lead by example on the showroom floor—closing deals and mentoring others
Help desk deals, structure transactions, and maximize profitability
Train, coach, and motivate sales consultants to improve performance
Ensure an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
Drive urgency and accountability within the sales team
