About The Position

Bayside Ford in King George, VA is looking to hire a qualified Automotive Sales Manager. The company is growing and expanding, seeking a dedicated individual to join their Dealer Group. Their many years of success are attributed to their dedicated employees and loyal customers.

Requirements

Two (2) years of Automotive Dealership Sales or General Floor Management experience is required.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Must have a valid driver’s license with a good record.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to apply basic math calculations to transactions and deals.
A self-motivator with strong attention to detail.
Strong leadership qualities.
A results-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Staffing and motivating Sales Team members.
Work closely with Salespersons and Customers to negotiate and close vehicle purchases.
Conducts daily "one-on-one" meetings with Salespersons.
Manage or participate in Sales meetings.
Attend weekly Management meetings.
Review inventory, CSI, and other weekly data.
Maintain an understanding regarding Internet pricing. Price vehicles to competitive standards set by the General Manager.
Working directly with the General Manager on making recommendations on both short and long-range advertising plans, sales promotions, staffing needs, and lease promotions.
Managers are required to maintain the profitability of their department while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction.
