The Sales Manager will lead a sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience, focusing on selecting, training, coaching, developing, and retaining top Sales Associates. The primary goal is to drive high performance within the sales team to increase market share, achieve targeted unit sales and profit margins, and ensure customer satisfaction. The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is a large and successful automotive dealership group, affiliated with over 25 new vehicle brands and 50+ dealerships across seven states, employing more than 3,500 individuals nationwide, and offering significant growth opportunities.
