Kia of Puyallup has been selling and servicing new, certified and pre-owned vehicles for more than 30 years and has provided multi-decade careers for many of our employees. We have an immediate opening for an experienced and proven Sales Manager to join our award-winning team.

Requirements

Proven new car dealership Sales Manager experience with solid references
Strong coaching and leadership abilities
Proficiency with DMS and CRM systems
Proficient at operating a personal computer including Microsoft Office: Email, Excel and Word
Professional appearance and work ethic
Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
Valid WA state drivers license
Applicants must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

Engage, lead and motivate the sales team in a professional manner to achieve and exceed goals
Drive business forward by having a high-level of positive involvement in day-to-day sales operations and customer interactions
Manage the sales and negotiation process with Sales Consultants ensuring that customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing
Appraising vehicles for trade-in or outright purchase
Assist in managing all areas of customer sales traffic: showroom, e-commerce and phones
Desk multiple new and used car deals, sometimes simultaneously
Deliver an exceptional customer experience that aligns with Kia and Kia of Puyallup’s values
Partnering with General Manager and/or General Sales Manager to plan and manage inventory, set monthly goals, forecast and overall strategize
Recruit, hire and train Sales Consultants to create culture of continuous growth.
