As an Automotive Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team while driving profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to exceed monthly sales goals and performance targets
  • Desk deals and structure transactions to maximize profitability while maintaining a first-class customer experience
  • Train and mentor sales consultants on sales process, product knowledge, and customer engagement
  • Monitor sales performance, appointments, closing ratios, and daily activity to drive results
  • Ensure a seamless and premium customer experience from greeting to vehicle delivery
  • Partner closely with Finance, Fixed Operations, and dealership leadership to maximize store performance
  • Maintain manufacturer standards, compliance, and operational excellence
  • Recruit, hire, and develop top automotive sales talent
  • Analyze market trends, inventory, and dealership performance to create winning sales strategies
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, positivity, and continuous improvement
