About The Position
AutoFair Hyundai is looking for a motivated Manager in Training to join one of the highest-volume Hyundai dealerships in New England. If you're a top-performing salesperson who wants to take the next step into management, this is a great opportunity to learn every part of the business while working alongside an experienced leadership team. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. We are looking for someone who works hard, has a positive attitude, and is committed to taking great care of our customers.
Requirements
- Automotive sales experience required.
- Leadership skills and the desire to grow in the car business.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Organized and able to multitask.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in a dealership sales role
- Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills
- Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills
- Valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Train and coach sales consultants to improve performance.
- Help close deals and assist customers through the buying process.
- Appraise trade-ins and learn inventory management.
- Report new vehicle sales and maintain accurate records.
- Merchandise the lot and make sure vehicles are displayed properly.
- Support the sales management team with daily operations.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.
- Help maintain a positive, high-energy culture focused on teamwork and results.
