About The Position

The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is actively seeking experienced Automotive Sales Managers / Desk Managers to join their expanding leadership team. This role is for results-driven leaders who thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment and desire more income, growth, and long-term stability. The company is a third-generation, family-owned dealership group with 24 dealerships, 15 collision centers, and 18 automotive brands, proudly supporting over 90 local charities and fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years Automotive Sales or Finance Management experience
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Results-driven with high energy and motivation
• Knowledge of CRM systems and dealership operations
• Flexible schedule, including weekends
• High School Diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

• Used car buying/appraising experience is a plus
• OEM certifications are a plus
• College degree a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team
• Drive results through effective sales strategies and accountability
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
• Structure deals and oversee paperwork and compliance
• Maximize profitability on every transaction
• Assist with finance operations as needed
• Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve dealership goals
