About The Position

The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is actively hiring experienced Sales Managers, Finance Managers, and Desk Managers to join their high-performing leadership team. Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years Automotive Sales/Finance Management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Results-driven with high energy and motivation
• Experience with CRM systems and dealership processes
• Flexible schedule, including weekends
• High School Diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

• Used car buying/appraising experience
• Manufacturers Master Sales/Management certifications
• College degree

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
• Drive results through effective sales and finance strategies
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction throughout the buying process
• Structure deals and ensure compliance with company standards
• Maximize profitability on every transaction
• Support F&I operations and assist with deal structuring as needed
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve store and regional goals
