About The Position

Sales Manager – Automotive Overview: We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Manager to lead our team and deliver an exceptional buying experience from start to finish. In this role, you will guide both customers and sales consultants through the entire sales journey, from the first interaction to final delivery, while actively assisting in structuring and closing deals. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to motivate a team, and is confident stepping in to help close business. What You’ll Do: Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to meet and exceed goals Work directly with customers and sales staff to guide deals from start to finish Assist in structuring, negotiating, and closing deals Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the sales process Monitor leads, follow-up, and CRM activity to maximize opportunities Manage inventory, including appraising, purchasing, and merchandising vehicles Analyze market trends and adjust inventory and sales strategies accordingly Set clear performance expectations and hold the team accountable Handle customer concerns quickly and professionally Partner with the F&I team to ensure a smooth transition and 100% TO process What We’re Looking For: Previous automotive sales management or strong sales leadership experience Proven ability to close deals and support others in doing the same Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills High energy, self-motivated, and results-driven Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly Benefits: Medical (4 plans through BCBS) Dental and Vision Company-paid and optional Life Insurance Short- and Long-Term Disability 401(k) with employer match PTO and sick time Employee Assistance Program FMLA and leave options Work Environment & Expectations: Combination of indoor showroom and outdoor lot activity Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the dealership regularly Professional appearance and strong personal presentation required Team-oriented culture with a focus on positivity, accountability, and respect Our Culture: We believe attitude drives success.
