Requirements
- Previous automotive sales experience required
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- High energy, positive attitude, and professional appearance

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed goals
- Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies for growth
- Assist sales staff in closing deals and handling customer needs
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and the community
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures
- Work closely with finance and service departments for seamless operations
