We are looking for a dealership Sales Desk Manager to lead, develop, and inspire our Sales team at our Twin Falls CJDR store This role is a key driver of performance, culture, and customer experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of dealership Sales Manager experience
• Must have a proven track record with an exceptional CSI
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure sales goals are attained
• Manage daily activity and training of the sales staff
• Ensure sales people are engaging with customers
• Address and resolve customer concerns
