Requirements

  • Previous dealership sales experience is highly preferred
  • Comfortable with commission-based compensation
  • Energetic and enthusiastic attitude throughout the workday
  • Outgoing and friendly personality with strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Valid and clean driver’s license
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting vehicles that best meet their needs
  • Maintain up-to-date and thorough product knowledge to effectively present and sell vehicles
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive buying experience
  • Professionally handle objections and negotiate pricing
  • Follow up with potential clients and nurture ongoing customer relationships
