From the first introduction to vehicle delivery and beyond, you will guide customers through an exceptional sales journey, aligning their needs with Volvo's cutting-edge models, technology, and driving dynamics.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in automotive sales; luxury brand experience (BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, etc.) strongly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a refined and professional demeanor.
  • Exceptional consultative selling and relationship-building abilities.
  • Passion for high-performance vehicles and Volvo's driving philosophy.
  • Familiarity with automotive CRM platforms and digital lead engagement.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the Volvo brand with passion, professionalism, and product expertise.
  • Conduct needs assessments to match clients with the right vehicle—new or certified pre-owned.
  • Provide compelling vehicle demonstrations and test drives that highlight our brand’s performance, luxury, and innovation.
  • Deliver a concierge-level sales experience from initial consultation to final vehicle handover.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of all Volvo models, packages, technology, financing options, and competitive landscape.
  • Utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage leads, appointments, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the Finance & Insurance team to complete sales and lease deals accurately and efficiently.
  • Stay up to date with corporate product training and certification programs.
  • Achieve monthly sales goals and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
