Requirements
- Proven sales skills with excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and diligent follow-up to maintain client relationships before and after sales.
- Current valid driver’s license is required.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers on the sales floor and conduct needs analysis including preferences for make, type, and vehicle features.
- Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation in the showroom or during test drives.
- Research vehicle availability and optional equipment using computer databases.
- Collaborate with Sales and Finance & Insurance Managers to negotiate sales price, trade-in allowance, discounts, and financing or lease options.
- Inspect inventory regularly by walking the lot and performing visual checks.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and coordinate vehicle delivery.
- Deliver vehicles to customers and familiarize them with vehicle operation.
- Attend and complete required training sessions and department meetings.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance.
