Responsibilities

  • Deliver a first-class luxury sales experience from greeting to vehicle delivery
  • Build relationships with customers that generate repeat and referral business
  • Conduct professional vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives
  • Work showroom traffic, internet leads, phone opportunities, and prospecting activities
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage customer relationships and sales opportunities
  • Follow a structured sales process while maintaining a personalized customer approach
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance expectations
  • Represent the Cadillac brand with professionalism, confidence, and integrity
