Responsibilities
- Deliver a first-class luxury sales experience from greeting to vehicle delivery
- Build relationships with customers that generate repeat and referral business
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives
- Work showroom traffic, internet leads, phone opportunities, and prospecting activities
- Utilize CRM tools to manage customer relationships and sales opportunities
- Follow a structured sales process while maintaining a personalized customer approach
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance expectations
- Represent the Cadillac brand with professionalism, confidence, and integrity
