This role offers a base salary of $40,000 with a first-year average earning potential of $60,000–$70,000. Top performers earn well above $100K beyond the first year. Responsibilities

Build genuine rapport and guide customers through the full sales process
Conduct test drives and educate customers on vehicle features and financing options
Use Walser’s CRM tools to track interactions and follow up after purchase
