About The Position

The 401 Group of Companies is offering a Management Training Program designed to develop individuals into future General Managers. As a Non-Prime Finance Manager, you will receive hands-on training covering all aspects of dealership operations, including client acquisition, vehicle acquisition, finance management, inventory management, payroll management, compliance and lender relations, employee recruitment and management, and ESA compliance. The program provides extensive training and mentorship, access to Tier-1 leads, and guidance from industry experts to equip individuals for success in dealership management.

Responsibilities

  • Master client acquisition & lead generation using top-tier tools.
  • Select from over 1,000 vehicles to meet client needs and manage inventory.
  • Structure and secure financing deals by working directly with financial institutions.
  • Oversee inventory to ensure optimal vehicle selection and availability.
  • Gain experience managing commission, bonuses, and salaries for employees.
  • Ensure all financial and legal requirements are met while maintaining strong lender relationships.
  • Recruit, manage, and lead your own team.
  • Ensure adherence to the Employment Standards Act (ESA) for smooth operations.
