Requirements

  • Ability to work physically on-site at 608 Parent St, New Roads, LA 70760
  • Prior automotive sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and a positive team player
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Guide customers through the vehicle selection process, identifying their needs and preferences
  • Present and explain vehicle features, options, and performance benefits
  • Offer test drives and follow dealership procedures to ensure safety and compliance
  • Achieve or exceed sales goals set by management
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory and manufacturer offerings
  • Accurately complete required paperwork and follow sales processes from start to finish
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat and referral business
  • Review performance regularly to identify opportunities for improvement
