About The Position

Rairdon’s Dodge Chrysler Jeep Hyundai of Bellingham is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant. This full-time position offers a total annual compensation between $48,000.00 - $170,000.00, including 15-20% commission on Front Payable Gross, an additional 5% on Front Payable Gross if monthly CSI objective is met, and bonus potential for exceeding customer satisfaction scores and meeting unit sold targets. A 90-day guarantee of $4,000.00-$5,000.00 per month is provided during training. The company offers continuous free training in sales and leadership and has a promote-from-within culture. No automotive sales experience is required, indicating huge potential for motivated individuals. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers looking to purchase pre-owned vehicles
• Build rapport and qualify customer needs
• Present, demonstrate, and sell quality used vehicles
• Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date on inventory
• Follow up with leads and past customers
• Guide buyers through the vehicle purchasing process with transparency and integrity
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
