Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous automotive sales experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (in person, phone, and digital)
  • Ability to understand customer needs and overcome objections
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

  • Previous automotive sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to internet, live chat, and phone inquiries to generate sales appointments
  • Log daily sales activities in the CRM and follow up with prospective customers
  • Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and match them with the right vehicle
  • Conduct professional vehicle presentations and coordinate test drives
  • Stay up-to-date on vehicle inventory, features, and technology
  • Assist customers with completing sales and financing paperwork
  • Deliver vehicles to customers and ensure complete satisfaction
  • Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
  • Perform additional sales and administrative tasks as needed
