Who We're Looking For: 2+ years of automotive sales experience required Proven ability to follow a sales process and close professionally Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to honesty and transparency Self‑motivated, reliable, and team‑oriented Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence Pay Plan Highlights: UNCAPPED annual earning potential of $50,000 to $90,000++ based on experience Competitive commission structure on new and used vehicles Volume bonuses for consistent performance CSI and customer‑experience incentives Additional income opportunities through product penetration and referrals Paid training and ongoing professional development What You'll Do: Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options and store policies and services to customers. Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers. Track customers using store specific management systems. Keep abreast of new products, features, and accessories. Attend product and manufacturer training courses. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual payable gross and bonuses based on individual units sold and manufacturer approvability.
