Requirements
- Like talking to people (or want to get better at it)
- Are competitive / goal-driven
- Want more control over your income
- Have experience in retail, BDC, hospitality-or just strong people skills
- Full-time
- Driver's License required
- High School Diploma/GED
- U.S. Work Authorization
Responsibilities
- Talk with customers (in person + phone/text)
- Help them find a vehicle that fits their life & budget
- Test drives, walkarounds, and demos
- Learn how to negotiate and close deals
- Build relationships (and repeat business $$$)
