About The Position
Tooele Motor Company, one of Utah’s fastest-growing automotive dealerships, is seeking motivated, customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultants. This role is ideal for individuals with automotive sales experience or those with a background in retail sales, commission sales, or customer service. The dealership offers comprehensive tools, training, and support to ensure success, with a focus on earning potential exceeding six figures. The position involves assisting customers in finding suitable vehicles, providing an exceptional buying experience, building customer relationships for repeat and referral business, demonstrating vehicle features, following up with customers, maintaining product knowledge, collaborating with management and finance teams, and meeting sales goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work evenings and Saturdays.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities
- Help customers find the right vehicle for their needs and budget.
