About The Position

Coulter Cadillac Buick GMC is seeking experienced Automotive Sales Consultants to join their growing sales team in Phoenix. The ideal candidate will be a proven automotive sales professional skilled in relationship building, lead management, consistent follow-up, professional vehicle presentation, and closing deals. This role offers the opportunity to represent the Cadillac, Buick, and GMC brands, working with a strong customer base, internet leads, showroom traffic, and an established dealership team. Previous automotive dealership sales experience is required.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of automotive dealership sales experience required
Previous vehicle sales experience required
Proven sales performance preferred
Valid driver's license
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work a dealership schedule, including weekends

Nice To Haves

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

Work with showroom customers, Internet leads, phone inquiries, and referrals
Sell new Cadillac, Buick, and GMC vehicles
Build rapport and identify customer needs
Conduct professional vehicle presentations, walk-arounds, and test drives
Present vehicle features, pricing, trade values, financing, and ownership options
Respond promptly and professionally to Internet and phone leads
Prospect consistently and follow up with customers and unsold opportunities
Build relationships that generate repeat and referral business
Maintain accurate customer activity and follow-up in the CRM
Work closely with Finance and Sales Management throughout the sales process
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through delivery
Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals
