Requirements

• Experienced automotive sales professional with a proven track record.
• Strong closing skills.
• Significant automotive sales experience.
• Consistently perform at or near the top of your store.
• Understand CRM discipline and professional follow-up.
• Know how to work internet leads, phone opportunities and showroom traffic.
• Build relationships instead of relying solely on price.
• Competitive, accountable and highly motivated.
• Want to be coached and continue getting better.
• Carry yourself like a professional.
