Requirements

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and eagerness to learn
  • Professional and well-groomed appearance
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

  • Previous sales experience in automotive, retail, or service environments

Responsibilities

  • Building strong customer relationships and creating lifelong customers
  • Assisting customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and preferences
  • Becoming knowledgeable on all vehicle models, features, and technology
  • Conducting professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles
  • Following up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Learning and applying proven sales techniques, including overcoming objections
  • Communicating goals, activities, and results directly with the Sales Manager
  • Bringing energy, professionalism, and a positive attitude every day
