We are currently seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated Automotive Sales Consultants to join our team in Seaside, CA. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and numerous benefits. Position Overview As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will engage customers with professional, informative presentations of new and pre-owned vehicles. Your role involves understanding vehicle features, financing options, and providing outstanding customer service that encourages repeat business and builds lasting relationships.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record
Dependable and professional work ethic
Ability to meet sales goals with minimal supervision
Strong safety awareness and customer service focus
Basic computer and internet proficiency
Excellent communication skills
Professional appearance and conduct
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting vehicles by promoting model options, features, and financing plans compliant with dealership policies
Conduct vehicle test drives while ensuring all safety regulations and traffic laws are followed
Facilitate vehicle delivery by clearly explaining operation, warranty, and maintenance requirements
Maintain accurate sales records and documentation
Keep current on all vehicle models, accessories, promotions, and financing options
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and educational programs
Perform additional duties as assigned to support dealership operations
