Requirements

Minimum of 2 years sales experience (automotive sales preferred, but not required)
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and a positive, customer-first attitude
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

Greet and engage customers in the showroom, providing a welcoming and professional first impression
Understand customer needs through active listening and product knowledge to recommend the right vehicles
Present, demonstrate, and explain vehicle features and benefits in a clear and engaging manner
Negotiate pricing and terms in a professional, customer-focused way
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
Stay informed on Subaru product updates, incentives, and competitive market trends
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
Work collaboratively with the sales team, finance department, and management to achieve monthly goals
