Requirements

One year of related experience, training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong sales skills, excellent communication, and outstanding customer service abilities.
Organizational skills with thorough follow-up to maintain client relationships before and after sales.
Current valid driver's license is required.
Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

Nice To Haves

Ability to speak a second language is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and conduct a needs analysis to understand the desired vehicle make, type, and features.
Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation both in the showroom and during test drives.
Use the computer database to research model availability and optional equipment.
Collaborate with Sales and F&I Managers to negotiate sales prices, including taxes, trade-in allowances, license fees, and financing or lease terms.
Inspect vehicle inventory on the lot regularly.
Complete all paperwork accurately and arrange for vehicle delivery and registration.
Deliver vehicles to customers and provide thorough orientation on vehicle operation.
Participate in required training sessions and department meetings.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
