We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. This role requires knowledge or a willingness to learn about vehicles, financing options, and customer service. You will present new and pre-owned vehicles to customers, providing detailed information to promote sales and maintain ongoing relationships for repeat business.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Valid and unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record
Professional, dependable, and safety-oriented
Ability to achieve goals with limited supervision
Basic computer and internet skills
Excellent communication skills
Professional appearance and work ethic
Ability to read and comprehend instructions
Must reside locally

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred

Responsibilities

Assist customers with vehicle selection by explaining model options, features, and financing alternatives
Conduct vehicle test drives while ensuring safety and adherence to traffic laws
Facilitate vehicle delivery by clearly explaining operations, warranty coverage, and servicing needs
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales documentation
Stay informed about current vehicles, accessories, financing plans, and promotions
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and educational programs as required
Perform other duties as assigned by management
