Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent recommended but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-service oriented mindset
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers visiting the dealership
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Explain vehicle features, financing options, and warranties clearly
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and CRM tools
- Stay informed on current inventory and new vehicle features
- Collaborate with management and finance teams to finalize sales
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance
