The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong interest in automobile sales, providing knowledgeable and professional support to our customers throughout their purchasing journey.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Valid and unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
Professional and dependable with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
Customer service focused with excellent communication skills.
Basic computer and internet proficiency.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions clearly.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with vehicle selection by explaining model options, features, benefits, and financing choices.
Conduct vehicle test drives while adhering to all traffic laws and dealership policies.
Provide clear vehicle operation instructions and explain warranty and servicing requirements during delivery.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales documentation and records.
Negotiate sales agreements ethically, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely transaction closure.
Stay informed on all current vehicle inventory, accessories, financing options, and promotional offers.
Attend required training sessions, staff meetings, and professional development classes.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support dealership operations.
