Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license required
Born Salesperson: Whether you’ve got years of sales experience or you’re a fresh graduate with a sales itch, your hunger for success and your ability to charm customers is what counts
Rapid Responder: Quick thinking and adaptability are your middle names. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to handle curveballs.
People Person: Your communication skills are top-notch, and you know how to turn potential customers into loyal fans.

Responsibilities

Navigate the showroom with enthusiasm, ready to engage and assist customers
Ignite excitement! Fuel customers automotive dreams by showcasing our wide range of vehicles and features
Connect with customers on a personal level, understanding their needs, and guiding them to the perfect vehicle match
Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
Continuous strive to improve product knowledge on all new and used vehicles
Collaborate with sales team to achieve monthly sales goals
