Requirements

Previous automotive sales experience is a plus but not required.
Retail, hospitality, or customer service experience welcomed.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Comfortable using computers and CRM systems.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting the vehicle that best fits their needs and budget.
Build relationships through exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
Follow up with internet, phone, and showroom leads.
Explain vehicle features, financing options, warranties, and protection products.
Maintain product knowledge on new and pre-owned inventory.
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction standards.
Keep accurate customer records using our CRM system.
Work collaboratively with management, finance, and service departments to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
