Requirements

  • Minimum of one year related experience or equivalent education and training.
  • Strong sales skills with excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Effective organizational and follow-up skills to maintain client relationships before and after sales.
  • Valid driver’s license is required.
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to speak a second language is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers on the sales floor and assess their vehicle preferences and needs.
  • Explain vehicle features and demonstrate their operation both in the showroom and during test drives.
  • Research vehicle availability and optional equipment using the dealership database.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance & Insurance Managers to negotiate pricing, including taxes, trade-in values, fees, discounts, financing, and lease terms.
  • Perform visual inspections while managing the vehicle inventory on the lot.
  • Complete necessary paperwork and coordinate vehicle delivery and registration.
  • Deliver vehicles to customers and provide orientation on features and maintenance.
  • Participate in training sessions and department meetings as required.
  • Maintain consistent and reliable attendance to support team success.
