This role involves assisting customers in selecting vehicles and providing detailed information about vehicle features, financing options, and dealership services. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has excellent communication skills, and maintains a professional appearance and attitude.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record
Professional and dependable work ethic
Ability to work independently and meet sales goals
Strong focus on safety and customer service
Basic computer and internet skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to comprehend and follow written instructions

Responsibilities

Assist customers with vehicle selection and explain model options, features, value-added products, and financing options in accordance with dealership policies
Conduct test drives while ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations
Facilitate vehicle delivery by clearly explaining operation features, warranty coverage, and service requirements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales documentation
Stay knowledgeable about current vehicle inventory, accessories, promotions, and financing plans
Attend staff meetings, trainings, and educational sessions as required
Perform additional duties as assigned to support dealership operations
