We are seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. This role involves assisting customers with vehicle selection, promoting features and services, and maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record
Professional and dependable work ethic
Self-motivated with the ability to meet goals with limited supervision
Strong focus on safety and customer service
Basic computer and internet skills
Excellent communication skills
Professional appearance
Ability to read and comprehend instructions

Responsibilities

Assist customers with vehicle selection and promote model options, features, value-added products, and financing plans according to dealership policies
Conduct vehicle test drives while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
Facilitate vehicle delivery by explaining operation, warranty, and service requirements clearly
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales documentation
Stay informed about current vehicle models, accessories, financing options, and promotions
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and educational classes as required
Perform additional duties as assigned
