About The Position
We are looking for a motivated and driven Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to take control of their income, develop real sales skills. Requirements

- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in person, over the phone, and online
- Build value in both the vehicle and the dealership experience
- Guide customers through the entire sales process from initial contact to delivery
- Maintain follow-up with prospects to generate repeat and referral business
- Work closely with management and F&I to ensure a smooth deal process
