About The Position

We are seeking Automotive Sales Consultants who are passionate about creating outstanding customer experiences. Sales consultants will present the full portfolio of Galpin inventory and services, including Ford, Honda, Jaguar, Land Rover, Aston Martin, Lotus, Porsche, Lincoln, Volvo, Mazda, and Volkswagen, as well as customization services at Galpin Auto Sports. The role involves guiding customers through a smooth and stress-free buying experience, from initial contact through contract, paperwork, and vehicle delivery, in a collaborative environment that values results.
Requirements
- A strong track record of success in customer service or sales.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Focus on all aspects of sales, including product knowledge, lease/finance structures, and customer interaction.
- Create a welcoming and exciting car buying experience for all Galpin customers.
- Assess customer needs and guide them to purchase or lease a vehicle using methods that meet their needs (fully online, in-store, or a combination).
- Become a product expert and ambassador for all Galpin products and services.
- Ensure a smooth and stress-free buying experience from first contact to vehicle delivery.
- Review operating features, warranty, and finalized paperwork with customers.
- Develop customer relationships and maintain prospecting efforts to encourage repeat business and create lifelong customers.
