Requirements

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

- Previous sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Help customers identify vehicles that fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget
- Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process
- Follow up with prospects and past customers to generate referrals and repeat business
- Maintain knowledge of Toyota vehicles, dealership programs, and current promotions
- Complete sales paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance expectations
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience before, during, and after the sale
