We are seeking an enthusiastic Automotive Sales Consultant who enjoys working with customers and has a passion for selling. This role involves presenting new and pre-owned vehicles to clients, providing detailed information on vehicle features, safety, financing options, and more. The ideal candidate will be professional, self-motivated, and committed to building lasting customer relationships that promote repeat business.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Valid and unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record
Professional appearance and dependable work ethic
Ability to work independently and meet sales goals
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on safety
Basic computer and internet skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to read and follow instructions accurately

Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting vehicles and promote model features, value-added products, and financing options according to dealership policies.
Conduct vehicle test drives while ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Facilitate vehicle delivery by explaining operation, warranty coverage, and maintenance requirements clearly to customers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales documentation and records.
Stay informed about all vehicle models, accessories, current promotions, and financing options.
Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and educational programs as required.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
