Responsibilities

  • Provide guests with an exceptional experience before, during, and after a sale.
  • Be clear, concise, and prompt in setting appointments.
  • Work and maintain a clean CRM (Customer relationship management).
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with team members and guests in person, over the phone, and through e-mail or text message.
