Automotive Sales Consultant
About The Position
DePaula Mazda is growing and we are seeking driven salespeople to join us at our new state-of-the-art facility. Ideal candidates are collaborative, customer-focused professionals who want to create the best experience for our customers. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and at least one year of retail sales or automotive experience. Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- At least one year of retail sales or automotive experience
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections
- Quality customer service skills and sales track record
- Strong interpersonal and communications, in-person and over the phone
- Consistent ability to focus on the customer’s needs to enhance dealership and personal sales
- Eagerness to learn dealership best practices and advance customer service skills
